Walkthrough:

You'll need to head towards the farm patch field you'll see on your map. It's near where all the Defias are to the east. Head over, and kill Garrick Padfoot.

Be careful, he's surrounded by numerous other Defias, and if 1 of them attack, they all attack! Once you've killed him, loot his head off his body and then return for your reward.
