A Choice of Militia Dagger, Militia Mace, Militia Shortsword, Militia Warhammer, and Militia Quarterstaff

Walkthrough:

You're asked to retrieve 8 Red Burlap Bandanas and bring them back. You can head to the east across the river, you'll find a whole bunch of Defias humnoid enemies. Kill them, it's usually a 50/50 chance of a bandana dropping.

Once you have the 8 bandanas, return to the Deputy and give them to him for your reward.
