Walkthrough:

First thing's first, keep in mind you need Large Candles and not the Melted Candles you find at early levels.

You can find the Large Candles on Kobold in the mine to the southwest. Fargodeep Mine is near the farm patch on your map, but around it there should be some rocky area. Head there to find the entrance to the mine. Kill the Kobold's until you get 8 Large Candles, then go back for your reward.
