Blacksmithing can be leveled to 300 quickly if you have a lot of gold and a thriving economy. If you don't have either of those two, I might recommend questing and farming materials. Below I describe the items to craft and at what level to craft them. All the numbers are best scenario, it is very unlikely that you will be able to, for instance, level from 216-225 by only making 10 Steel Plate Helms, you'll probably have to make 10-15. Since there is no way of knowing how many you will need to make to level up, I've provided numbers for both best-case and estimates. If you have a thriving economy, buy extras and sell back what you didn't use.
Please notice you will want to hold on to extra grinding stones, they are needed to become an Expert or Artisan in blacksmithing, and to reach level 300. Here is your shopping list:
